You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• Items are unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and accessories are included

2. How to Start a Return

Please contact our support team with your order number before returning any item. Returns without approval will not be accepted.

3. Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.

5. Shipping & Damages

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours.
